Individuals, dance schools, and music schools interested in performing for the Navratri Dance and Music Festival should fill the form. Booking is for October 3rd to 13th. Successfully completing the booking does not necessarily mean getting a preferred slot. Only the applications for slots are accepted through the forum. The date and time of the event will be fixed by the Devaswom Office considering the duration and type of the performance. The date and time of performances will be informed by direct call or email from the Devaswom Office.

 

Music and Dance performances take place in the specially decorated Navratri Mandapam in front of the Goddess Saraswati. The offering amount is Rs.300. (Saraswata pushpanjali is done in the name and star sign of the performers as part of the offering. 'Navu, Mani, Narayam Samarpanam' can also be done at Thirunada as part of the offering). On the day of worship, this amount should be deposited by each person at a specially prepared counter near the venue. Those who come for music-dance-instrument arangettam in the presence of Goddess Saraswati will have all the facilities to make a worshipful debut before the Goddess with the blessings of gurus and pakkamela artistes.

Guidelines:
* The offering amount comes to Rs. 500 for music performance per individual & Rs. 200 for dance performance per individual. In case of performing music and dance performance as a group, each person in the group should pay a separate offering amount.
* Pakka Melam will be arranged on the stage for music worship.
* If you want to have a Pakka Melam for dance worship, you must inform in advance. Additional amount is to be paid for Pakkamela. This amount should be paid in advance.
* Food will be available at Ootupura for those who come for performances and those who accompany the performers.
* In music and dance worship, it is not possible for a worshipper to sing more than 2 kirtans due to time constraints and busy schedule.
* If all the slots are booked before the last date of form submission, the registration will be closed on this date.
